As we continue to scale globally, our ambition and market demand propel us toward becoming a major force in the sector. /p h3Mission /h3 pWe are seeking a Software Engineer (Python) to join our backend engineering team and help design, build, and scale high-performance software solutions. /p pYou will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our products, contributing to architectural decisions, and mentoring junior developers while remaining hands‑on in coding and problem-solving. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure Python applications and APIs. /li liImplement and maintain unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure reliability. /li liOptimize code and systems for performance and scalability. /li liParticipate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. /li liCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and other engineers to translate business requirements into high‑quality technical solutions. /li /ul h3Technical Requirements /h3 ul liExperience with Python 3.x and one or more major frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask). /li liSolid understanding of software architecture and design patterns. /li liExperience with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. /li liProficiency in relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL). /li liExperience with containerization and orchestration.
