h3Your contribution to Prysmian's Success: /h3pWe are looking for a Logistics Buyer to join our HQ office in Milan. /ph3Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, you will: /h3ulliManage end-to-end procurement activities for logistics services in EPCI projects /liliFocus on complex logistics flows /liliLead negotiation for multimodal transport solutions (road, sea, river) /liliTransport of cable drums (large and extra-large reels, escort transport) /liliFreight forwarding services for land and submarine cables /liliStorage and handling operations at port and onshore ISA last-mile transport to installation sites customs /liliDevelop logistics contracting strategies aligned with project schedules, installation sequences, and risk mitigation plans /liliOptimize cost structures while ensuring service reliability under tight project timelines /liliMonitor and assess supplier performance through KPIs /liliManage critical escalations through an effective multi-stakeholder coordination /liliWork closely with Project Management, Engineering and Operations to ensure full alignment between procurement and execution phases /liliEnsure contractual compliance, including insurance clauses, liabilities, delivery terms and project-specific requirements /liliHave a direct and tangible impact on large-scale energy projects /liliActively contribute to energy transition /liliBe exposed to complex, global logistics operations /liliBe involved in strategic decision-making for logistics solutions /liliLead the development and the qualification of new logistics suppliers /li /ulh3You are the right fit if you have/are:
