Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible. /p h3Your role /h3 pWe are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to support the plant maintenance team. The role will contribute to spare-parts management and analysis, failure analysis, implementation of maintenance policies defined by the central maintenance team, standardization projects, and the use of CMMS systems. The role will also support the sharing of standards with the production value chain and international regions. /p h3Main responsibilities: /h3 ul liSPARE PARTS: review and monitor warehouse spare-parts stock in support of the production value chain. /li liMACHINE PERFORMANCE: manage and analyze failures, support improvement plans, and develop maintenance policies.



/li liSTANDARDIZATION PROJECTS: verify compliance with and application of maintenance standards, develop cost-containment strategies, and perform make-or-buy analyses. /li liSTANDARDS AND BEST-PRACTICE SHARING: work with the production value chain and international regions to share production and maintenance standards. /li liSPECIAL PROJECTS: develop Maintenance 2.0 programs and initiatives, machine-improvement programs, and quality-oriented maintenance programs. /li /ul h3Main requirements: /h3 ul liDegree in a technical or engineering discipline. /li liBasic knowledge of data analysis and data management. /li liBasic knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements. /li liBasic knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance. /li liKnowledge of CMMS systems is preferred. /li liFluent Italian and English /li /ul h3What’s in it for you /h3 pIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
