We foster diversity and inclusion by building on our strong corporate culture. /ph3Job Description /h3pbSupplier Quality Assurance Manager /b /ppAs a bSupplier Quality Assurance Manager /b, you are responsible for deploying and ensuring the effective execution of the Supplier Quality Assurance process within your scope, both during new product and process development and throughout the serial production lifecycle (product and process changes). /ppYou ensure the achievement of bQCDTE /b (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Technology, Environment) objectives and contribute to supplier quality risk management to guarantee project success, product compliance in serial production, continuity of operations across manufacturing sites, and customer satisfaction. /ppIn this role, you lead and develop a team of Supplier Quality Leaders (SPQL SMPQL) supporting both project and serial production activities, while being accountable for supplier quality performance across your perimeter.



/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbTeam leadership and development /b /pulliLead a team of 10 Supplier Quality Leaders involved in both project and serial production activities; /liliDevelop team capabilities, support professional growth, strengthen expertise, and promote autonomy while effectively supporting organizational change; /liliDefine individual objectives and manage team performance; /liliFoster and maintain strong, sustainable collaboration among teams by promoting cooperation, accountability, and sound decision-making. /li /ulpbSupplier quality performance management /b /pulliOwn and ensure the achievement of bQCDTE performance objectives /b for projects and suppliers within your scope; /liliMonitor supplier quality performance indicators, provide regular reporting, and participate in performance review meetings; /liliDefine, implement, and oversee action plans required to achieve performance targets; /liliAssess the robustness of proposed QCDTE scenarios and proactively recommend improvements to secure project commitments. /li /ulpbSupplier Quality Assurance and Risk Management /b /pulliEnsure deployment of the Supplier Quality Assurance process from development phases through serial production; /liliParticipate in supplier project reviews and support teams in case of supplier underperformance or critical situations; /liliBe accountable for managing supplier non-conformities and ensuring the implementation of effective corrective actions; /liliIdentify, assess, and manage quality risks that could impact projects, production, customers, or business continuity; /liliParticipate in escalation processes, provide on-site supplier support when necessary, and manage quality crisis situations as required. /li /ulpbContinuous Improvement and Supplier Strategy /b /pulliContribute to the continuous improvement of Supplier Quality processes, methods, and tools. /liliSupport the enhancement of supplier panel performance and maturity. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli10 – 15 years of prior experience in experience in Supplier Quality (projects and/or serial production), industrialization, manufacturing, or project management; /lili3-5 years of team management experience; /liliGood knowledge of Office Suite (Excel...); /liliFluent professional English. /liliFluent italian is mandatory; /li /ulpbTechnical skills: /b /pulliQuality tools and methodologies (APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, Audits, 8D Problem Solving); /liliProject management and new product development processes; /liliProcess capability studies, statistical tools, and risk analysis methodologies; /liliIndustrial challenges related to supplier performance. /li /ulpbSoft Skills: /b /pulliPeople Management; /liliDecision making; /liliGoal oriented; /liliStrong analytical skills; /liliProblem solving; /liliLeadership. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pbWork relationships: /b /ppCollaboration with multiple development centers, manufacturing sites, technical platforms across the Somfy Group and international supplier base. /ppThe position will answer to the Plant Quality Manager. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
