Rosewood Rome seeks a Guest Relations Manager to orchestrate personalized guest journeys from pre-arrival to departure. You will build genuine guest relationships, recognize VIPs, review profiles, coordinate across Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, F&B; and Spa, and ensure seamless, memorable experiences.

The ideal candidate speaks Italian and English fluently, has luxury hospitality experience, and embraces Relationship Hospitality.
