Overview

In this role you will oversee IT applications for the Finance & Controlling domain, ensuring reliable operation and continuous improvement of financial systems. You will bridge business needs with technology teams to enable strategic initiatives in finance, P2P integration, and process optimization. You will drive enhancements, manage incidents and vendors, and support cross-functional initiatives that uplift service quality and financial performance. This is a hands-on, collaborative opportunity in Moncler Group’s IT transformation program with a clear impact on finance systems landscape.

Responsabilità

- Manage end-to-end Application Management Services (AMS) for Finance & Controlling applications with emphasis on uptime, SLAs, incident/backlog handling, and service improvement via KPI reviews
- Translate business requirements into functional IT solutions and system specifications to evolve Finance & Controlling apps
- Analyze existing processes to identify and implement efficiency and performance improvements
- Coordinate application enhancements, integrations, and project activities ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and quality
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders,



external partners, and vendors to evaluate, select, and implement aligned solutions
- Provide ongoing user support and ensure effective integration between Finance systems and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Support SAP Finance environments (FICO, MM, Ariba) implementations and lifecycle activities
- Liaise between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure continuous service improvement and policy compliance

Requisiti fondamentali

- 8+ years of experience in SAP Finance environments with strong knowledge of SAP FICO, SAP MM, and SAP Ariba
- Solid understanding of Finance & Controlling processes, P2P workflows, supplier onboarding and external integrations
- Experience in SAP implementation projects including analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and ALM
- Knowledge of IT Service Management principles; familiarity with SAP Concur Expense and Travel solutions is a plus
