By joining tapouts, you are not just taking on a job but using your talents for a deeply rewarding cause.About the roleWe seek energetic, experienced Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) coaches to lead and facilitate live online group sessions for youth. As a tapouts SEL Coach, you'll create a fun, engaging, and emotionally safe virtual environment where kids build confidence, self-regulation, and connection with their peers.As a tapouts SEL Coach, you will:Lead live online SEL group sessions for youth ages 4-16 yearsDeliver structured social-emotional learning activities and games that build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skillsBuild positive relationships with participants and foster an inclusive, emotionally safe group spaceManage group dynamics and respond calmly to behavioral or emotional disruptions during live sessionsMonitor and assess individual and group progressBachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field (Mandatory),



Master's degree is preferredAt least 2 years of experience leading live group sessions with children in a virtual or online settingAt least 5 years of experience designing or leading structured group sessions or programs for childrenSEL, coaching, or mental-health-specific certification is strongly preferred (e.G., ICF, IPEC, PPS Credential, CASEL, Mental Health First Aid)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable using Zoom and Google Suite as day-to-day coaching toolsAvailability for a minimum of 10 hours per week to provide coaching within tapouts peak hours (1-8 pm PT) during weekdays and weekends (6am-8pm PT).
