h3Role description /h3 pTo collaborate to the Lead Fast Reactor (LFR) design activities focusing on instrumentation engineering of experimental facilities, steam / condensate cycle, utilities and water treatment. /p h3Main activities /h3 ul liPerform instrumentation engineering in all project phase. /li liCarry out feasibility studies, conceptual, basic and detail design. /li liDevelop company standards and specific design criteria for instrumentation. /li liPerform preliminary sizing of instrumentation and actuators, such as control valves, flow elements, pressure, level and temperature sensors, thermowells. Experience with chemical analysers (e.g. mass spectrometers) is a plus. /li liPreparation of instrumentation specification for packages. /li liDevelopment of material requisitions. /li liDeveloping or reviews of instrumentation bulk material quantity estimates. /li liDevelopment of I/O data base for DCS, PLC, SIS, FG and packages. /li liPreparation of instrumentation lists, instrumentation datasheet, wiring and loop diagrams, loop folders, calculation reports. /li liPreparation of purchase specification, technical queries, technical bid evaluation, of Supplier's offers for instrumentation. /li liPreparation of cable block diagrams. /li liPreparation of instrumentation hook-ups, bulk material take-off and assist designers in modelling of instruments, junction boxes placement and allocation of remote IOs cabinets. /li liParticipation in 3D Model Review Sessions, HazOp and SIL analysis. /li liCollaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams. /li liCoordinates assigned work with other technical personnel as directed. /li liParticipates in and fosters a work environment that is based upon openness, trust, communication, teamwork, empowerment, innovation,



and satisfaction /li /ul h3Desired qualifications /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liDegree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering. /li liMaster or PhD is a plus. /li liHigh School diploma can be evaluated if supported by a strong experience (10+ years) in instrumentation design AND field activities. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liApproximately, 10+ years’ experience in instrumentation design of industrial plants. Experience in power or nuclear plants’ balance of plant is a plus. /li liThorough knowledge of instrumentation engineering techniques, design of engineered systems, and engineering and relevant design calculations. /li liGood knowledge of field instrumentation, from design to commissioning. /li liIntermediate knowledge of materials employed in instrumentation. /li liBasic knowledge of process automation. /li liGood knowledge of instrument cables, automation cables, network cables, fiber optic. /li liGood knowledge of industry, regulatory standards and design criteria pertinent to the engineering discipline. /li liGood knowledge of automation engineering lifecycle for development of feasibility studies, basic design, FEED, detailed engineering, commissioning and start-up. /li liGood knowledge of design and analysis principles for large or complex systems (system engineering). /li liGood knowledge of Office® suite and Visio®, AutoCad. /li liKnowledge of plant design software (ESAIN, AVEVA, SPAC…) is a plus. /li /ul h3Language Proficiency: /h3 ul liStrong written and verbal communication skills in English (CEFR C1+). /li liFluent in Italian (CEFR C1+), French is a plus. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liPermanent contract. /li liSalary range: RAL 41.000- 52.000€.
