Discover endless opportunities to grow and make your mark at Hines. /p /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brpAs a Community Manager with Hines, your duties include, but are not limited to: /p /brul /brlipMove-in and move-out practices, ensuring a quality welcome for tenants /p /li /brlipSite inspection of the structure for tenants /p /li /brlipStructure tour of the shared areas (e.g. gym order, coworking, bike room) and their good maintenance /p /li /brlipOrganize and supervise the shared areas. /p /li /brlipUse of the PMS and support in the implementation of the PMS itself and the App /p /li /brlipCreation and coordination of events within the structure /p /li /brlipOn-site marketing support for activities/communications/branding /p /li /brlipFinance side support for reviewing tenant payments/unpaid balances/balance sheets /p /li /brlipManagement of complaints by tenants /p /li /brlipCommunication of move-outs for timely re-marketing /p /li /brlipPoint of reference for on-site safety and system updating /p /li /brlipReceive shipments and parcels for tenants /p /li /brlipKey Contact person in case of on-site collection of parcels /p /li /brlipInspections of small maintenance interventions/deficiencies: e.g.,



Remote control/cooling system malfunction and coordination with handyperson /p /li /brlipReporting malfunctions/interventions required within the shared areas. /p /li /brlipCollection of requests/delivery of upselling services from tenants (e.g. tents/kitchen linen pack) /p /li /brlipRestaurant reservations /p /li /brlipBooking services: baby-sitting, dog sitting, food and flower/theater delivery /p /li /brlipConcierge services and advice on activities in the area (restaurants, hairdressers, etc.) and related reservations if requested /p /li /brlipVerify that maintenance work conducted for tenants is conducted promptly /p /li /brlipTaxi booking/rental car delivery/other tenant notifications /p /li /brlipDelivery and collection of tenants' laundry (this if not conducted directly by the laundry) /p /li /brlipWhen booking coworking spaces: check the order of the operating spaces for the devices /p /li /brlipTour the structure and check the state of cleanliness /p /li /brlipSetting of internal procedures and best practices /p /li /brlipSite inspection of the apartments during the move in-move out phase and signing of the delivery and redelivery reports /p /li /brlipSetting up reports as required by Operations Manager /p /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brpMinimum Requirements include: /p /brul /brlipSpeaking at least two languages fluently (Italian and English),



a third language is a plus. /p /li /brlipConfident with the use of technology. /p /li /brlipGood PR skills both with tenants and with representatives of commercial activities in the area and collaborators of procurement services /p /li /brlipKnowledge of the systems present in the structure and is available in case of night alarm. /p /li /brlipBasic administrative knowledge (based on our needs /p /li /brlipAvailable to work on shifts, during public holidays, and weekends. /p /li /brlipPossibility of being transferred to other buildings for future openings /p /li /brlipAvailable via business WhatsApp number /p /li /br /ul /brh3Closing /h3 /brpAt Hines, we believe the built world is ultimately about people.
