We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day. /p h3About the role: /h3 pThe primary function for the Machining Operator is to operate NC machine tools. /p pYou will report to Metal Works Manager and be located in Monfalcone site. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liSet up the machine tools; /li liOperate small/medium/heavy NC machine tools (milling machine, vertical lathe, drilling machine) to obtain the designed geometries according to drawings and project requirements; /li liAlign and secure the part using clamping devices, determine the workpiece zero points, check the tool pre-setting, and ensure compliance with dimensional tolerances; /li liKeep track of the operations work time; /li liRead technical drawings, ISO and ASME tolerances; /li liMove parts or furnace components into position, manually or with hoists or cranes; /li liComply with company procedures (safety, quality, risk and security). /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul liProfessional or Technical school diploma; /li liPrevious experience in NC machine tools (min. 2 years); /li liAvailability to work in three shifts: Monday to Friday – Shift 1: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Shift 2: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Night Shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am; /li liKnowledge of Italian and English languages (min. B1 level).
