On investment work, you'll do the research, market mapping, diligence support and analysis behind our conviction. Moj is also the founder of Trolley, an operating platform for founder-led execution, and the former CEO of Beautycon Media. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liFundraising and LP support: draft LP updates, recaps and outreach, keep the LP pipeline current after every meeting, and help build fund decks, one-pagers, data room materials and newsletters /li liResearch and diligence:



build market maps, thematic research and investment theses, run primary research calls with operators, customers and experts, and support market sizing, benchmarking, financial analysis and investment memos /li liDeal support: coordinate diligence, data requests and document tracking, and keep deal materials, term sheets and cap tables current /li liWritten communication: turn meetings into accurate recaps, and draft materials for LPs, founders and co-investors that need little editing /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul li2 to 3 years in venture capital, investment banking, consulting, startup ops or strategy, or a founder's office /li liDirect exposure to fundraising, investor relations or LP communications /li liExceptional written English and credibility on calls with senior investors. Writing is a primary filter for this role. /li liA solid base in financial modeling, market sizing, competitive analysis and accounting fundamentals, plus working familiarity with term sheets, cap tables and diligence /li liAI-native: fluent in Claude, ChatGPT, Notion and no-code automations, plus Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace /li liSharp investment judgment: you form a point of view instead of just assembling data, you track everything and you finish what you start /li /ul h3How We Work /h3 ul liFast-moving and collaborative, working closely with a US-based team /li liA high-trust, high-intensity partnership, closer to a co-founder rhythm than a 9-to-5.
