In2023, Balich Wonder Studio was acquired by Banijay to build a Media andEntertainment powerhouse, combining the strengths of an established contentgroup with our pioneering capabilities.Role OverviewTheBWS Special Projects Unitoversees BWS’s long-standing projects while leading the development andpre-production of new show formats, emotional masterplanning, and attractionconcepts. The Unit operates across multiple disciplines, including:Liveevents and ceremoniesTicketedshows, based on original IPArchitectureand design of theatres and public spacesTemporaryand permanent artistic installations and exhibitionsWe nurture each project from itsearliest conceptual stage, guiding it from an abstract opportunity into a fullyrealized production.



Through a step-by-step process, we transform visionaryideas into tangible, impactful experiences.TheProject Managerworks inclose collaboration with theHeadof Production and the Executive Producer, supporting theoverall planning, production and management of the projects assigned to theSpecial Projects Unit. This role is central to the management of all operational, logistical, andfinancial aspects of each project, ensuring that schedules, budgets, andquality standards are met.Acting as theoperational bridge between the creative vision and production execution, theProject Manager ensures smooth communication across departments, alignment withproject objectives, and timely delivery of milestones.The idealcandidate combines strong organizational and analytical skills with a proactiveand solution-oriented attitude, capable of working in dynamic,multidisciplinary, and international environments.Main ResponsibilitiesManages thestart-up phaseof projects, defining planning, scheduling, taskdistribution and resource allocation.Scouts, hires, andappointskey project rolesDefines and monitors budgetsand project coststhroughout development and delivery,



ensuring compliance with financialtargets.Manages projectdocumentation,including timelines, contracts, production plans, and reports.Liaises with creative,production, and technical teamsto ensure clear communication and operationalalignment.Supervises suppliersand freelancers,ensuring deliverables meet quality, timing, and budget expectations.Tracks projectmilestones,identifies potential risks, and supports the implementation of correctiveactions.Assists in feasibilitystudiesand supports the preparation of proposals, budgets, and planning materials.Maintains day-to-daycommunication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring expectationsare managed and updates are shared effectively.Ensures compliance withinternal processes and workflows, contributing to continuous improvement ofproduction efficiency.Supports on-sitecoordinationduring production and delivery phases, ensuring high standards of execution.Requirements10 years of experiencein production orproject management within large-scale events, ceremonies, or live entertainmentindustries.Proven ability tomanage complex workflows, budgets, and schedules.Strong organizationaland multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail and deadlines.Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.Proficiency in projectmanagement tools and budget tracking systems.Experience in workingwith multidisciplinary international teams.Flexibility,adaptability, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. xysqume Availability to travelinternationallyaccording to project needs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
