ppWe are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Corporate Counsel to work on a Full-Time basis. The role requires advising on corporate governance, compliance, and strategic business decisions. You will support high-impact legal initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liProvide legal counsel on corporate governance matters, including board and committee matters. /li liDraft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements to mitigate legal risk. /li liAdvise on regulatory compliance, licensing, and corporate filings in multiple jurisdictions. /li liLead due diligence processes for potential business transactions and partnerships. /li liDevelop and implement policies to ensure adherence to internal and external legal standards. /li /ul h3Required Skills Qualifications: /h3 ul liJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required. /li liActive membership in at least one state bar with relevant experience in corporate law.
