We’re seeking a cheerful, reliable, and organized individual with an eye for detail, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to lead and motivate their team. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liCoordinating and supervising the Front Office team /li liWelcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs /li liMonitoring arrivals, departures, and reservations /li liHandling phone calls, emails, and guest requests /li liSelling rooms, restaurant services, spa treatments,



and additional services /li liManaging concierge services and addressing guests’ individual needs /li liHandling complaints and resolving issues /li /ul h3Skills: /h3 ul liExperience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a leadership role /li liExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills /li liLeadership, teamwork, and a service-oriented mindset /li liPrecision, professionalism, and attention to detail /li liExcellent knowledge of German, Italian, and English /li liFamiliarity with ASA, Korrespondenzmanager, Additive, and Hotel Kit is a plus /li /ul h3MM Benefits: /h3 #J-18808-Ljbffr
