pbWorking at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! /b /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 pKey Responsibilities /p ul lipAssure all warehouse equipment is operated in a safe and efficient manner. /p /li lipCarry out assignments accurately and in the most efficient and safe manner possible. /p /li lipAbility to make decisions within scope of responsibility. /p /li lipAbility to communicate with Supervisors in order to increase accuracy /p /li /ul pAdditional Responsibilities /p ul liProvides training, direction and guidance to Warehouse staff /li /ul pOrganization /p ul liReports to: Warehouse Supervisor /li /ul pInteractions /p ul lipWarehouse /p /li lipCIC /p /li lipProduction /p /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 pProfessional Experience and Education /p ul liHigh School diploma or GED equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred. /li /ul pSpecific skills and knowledge /p ul lipMinimum of 4-5 years in warehouse or distribution environment. /p /li lipAbility to prioritize assignments and complete on time. /p /li lipWriting and verbal skills must be able to read, write and speak local language fluently. /p /li lipAble to provide direction to workforce and to communicate warehouse rules and procedures.
/p /li lipAble to work any shift as required by the changing workloads or the specific needs of the company. /p /li lipAble to lift up to 50 lb. /p /li lipAble to operate a fork truck/pallet jack (electric or manual). /p /li lipHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail. /p /li lipBasic computer and math skills. /p /li lipExperience with RF and bar-coding and various warehouse management systems. /p /li lipWork experience with SAP WMS is a must. /p /li /ul pThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
