Receive direction on moderately complex assignments, tasks, and execution. Work is frequently reviewed by more senior staff to ensure application of sound techniques and principles. Review work produced by junior staff for quality assurance. /li /ul h3At The Operational And Company Level /h3 ulliContinuously promote the firm’s capabilities to establish new clients and enhance relationships with existing clients. /li /ul h3Do the Work /h3 ulliProvide day-to-day supervision of assigned survey field crew on quality and survey methodology, including training, and mentoring of junior level employees. /liliCoordinate with contractors to provide survey services. /liliIdentify controls for property lines and make the appropriate decisions regarding how to proceed with the survey. /liliGather all necessary information needed to properly conduct the survey in the most time efficient manner and assign tasks to crew members. /liliDiscuss work with clients, as necessary. /liliMake calculations and maintain records essential to survey. /liliEnsure that assigned survey truck is properly maintained. /liliMaintain and inventory all assigned equipment. /liliCommunicate with management to maximize efforts and man-hours. /li /ul h3Success Metrics and Competencies /h3 ulliAbility to work both independently and within a team environment. /liliHighly motivated and problem-solving attitude. /liliStrong sense of urgency in responding to constituents. /liliEffective verbal and written communication skills. /liliStrong work ethic and commitment to quality.

Commensurate relevant experience considered. /liliThree or more (3+) years of experience working on a land surveying party. /liliPrior Party Chief experience a plus. /liliKnowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D preferred. /liliThorough knowledge of construction stakeout procedures and practices. /liliFamiliar with field procedures for performing boundary and ALTA/NSPS land title surveys. /liliAbility to perform all aspects of data collected field run topographic surveys, road frontage cross-section surveys and as-built surveys. /liliThorough knowledge of total station, GPS and data collection, with the ability to adapt to new equipment and technologies. /liliCurrent, valid State Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record as determined by the Company. /li /ul h3About Bowman /h3 pAre you ready to build a career that makes a lasting impact?
