Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond..Find out more about Kanadevia Inova at DescriptionManages the Process Work Package, ensuring deliverable quality, schedule adherence and compliance with budgeted hours:Coordinates assigned process engineers through regular meetings, progress monitoring and issue resolutionIdentifies and cascades contractual process requirements and ensures alignment with the tender concept,



company policies and project guidelinesCollects and implements lessons learned during project phase and promotes the exchange of project feedback with product ownersEnsures timely preparation of process documentation, operating instructions, operation manual inputs and CE conformity requirementsLeads commissioning meetings and process engineering reviews up to trial operation / Fit for PerformanceQualifications5+ years' experience in a similar position, in EPC projects in Energy, Environmental technology or similar industryBachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering with good knowledge of Process EngineeringProficient user ofCAPRI, COMOS and otherengineering tools will be considered a plusGood presentation, coaching, facilitation and project management skillsFluency in English, Italian or other languages will be considered a plusAdditional InformationPermanent contract5% Annual bonusFlexible working timeHome office possible 2 days a weekReferral programTraining and Inova AcademyCompensationBasic wage component (gross): 59000EURThis amount is our minimal offered salary. xysqume Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
