Join us and let's power the future together. /ph3Job Overview /h3pWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager – BESS to oversee contract management, production, logistics and commissioning for utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in Italy. /ppThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy project management, particularly battery storage, and will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards. EPC experience is highly preferred. /ppThis position is remote within Italy. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead end-to-end project management of BESS projects, from initial contract negotiation through to commissioning and customer handover. /liliCoordinate project feasibility assessments, define project scope and delivery plans, and assemble cross-functional project teams. /liliCoordinate internal and external resources to meet customer requirements and achieve project objectives.



/liliLead cross-cultural teams and manage project quality, costs, schedules, communication and risks. /liliCoordinate internal teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. /liliManage project schedules and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards. /liliMonitor project progress, report on KPIs and resolve technical or logistical challenges. /liliSupport business development by providing technical input for new BESS opportunities. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliAt least 3 years of experience managing BESS or other renewable energy projects, such as solar, wind or grid-scale storage, and at least 4 years of overall project management experience. /liliBusiness-fluent Italian and English; Chinese language skills would be a major plus. /liliA degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Project Management, or relevant experience in a related field. /liliStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills. /liliSolid intercultural communication skills. /liliExcellent problem-solving and risk mitigation abilities. /liliAbility to work in a fast-paced, evolving industry. /liliWillingness to travel regularly for business, up to 30% during peak periods. /li /ulpIf you’re passionate about renewable energy and cutting-edge storage solutions, we’d love to hear from you! /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
