We are currently recruiting an experienced bElectrical Project Manager /b on a permanent basis to lead the electrical packages for a high-profile data centre development in Milan, Italy. /p /brpThis role focuses directly on managing and overseeing the delivery of bMedium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) Containment /b alongside bMV/LV Cable Pulling /b operations. Operating on a b10/4 rotation /b, you will lead site-based subcontractors and engineers, ensuring works are executed safely, to high quality standards, and strictly within schedule and budgetary parameters. /p /brh3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 /brul /brlipbPackage Management: /b Take complete ownership of the installation, quality assurance, and commercial delivery of all MV/LV containment pathways and primary MV/LV cable-pulling packages. /p /li /brlipbSite Leadership: /b Oversee daily on-site operations, managing sub-contractors, supervisors, and specialist teams to ensure production targets and milestones are achieved. /p /li /brlipbTechnical Interface: /b Review technical drawings, BIM models, specifications, and method statements to ensure constructability and full compliance with local Italian standards and client specifications. /p /li /brlipbProgramme Progress: /b Work closely with the Lead Planner to monitor progress against baseline schedules, identifying potential bottlenecks or risks early and deploying mitigation strategies. /p /li /brlipbCommercial Variations: /b Partner with the Quantity Surveying team to track package expenditure,
