Fondazione Chips-IT seeks a Research Engineer with a strong background in Radio Frequency (RF) and millimeter-wave (mmWave) IC design to lead pioneering development of integrated circuits for advanced communication, radar, and high-speed wireless applications. /ph3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: /h3ulliLead RD activities on RF and mixed-signal integrated circuits for advanced communication, wireless transceivers, and high-frequency systems. /liliArchitect, design, and validate complex RF blocks (such as LNAs, PAs, VCOs, mixers, and synthesizers) in advanced silicon technologies. /liliGuide system-level integration and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on packaging and co-design approaches. /liliSupervise Master's and PhD students working on high-frequency designs. /liliProtect intellectual property and publish impactful research in the RF domain. /liliTrack emerging trends in wireless technologies to shape future research directions. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
