pA Senior Document Controller is required for a major construction and engineering project in Milan. This role would suit an experienced document control professional with strong administration skills and proven experience using digital document platforms such as ACC and BIM 360. /ppThe Senior Document Controller will support project teams with document distribution, drawing transmittals, controlled registers, filing systems and site administration. /pulliOpportunity to work on a major construction and engineering project in Milan /liliSAP training provided where required /li /ulh3The Senior Document Controller / Document Controller Role: /h3ulliManage document control processes across digital platforms such as ACC and BIM 360. /liliEnsure timely distribution of documents and drawings to project personnel. /liliIssue drawing transmittals and submittals to the client. /liliMaintain controlled document registers and associated project documentation. /liliDevelop and maintain accurate filing systems. /liliComplete general administration, including typing, printing and data entry. /liliUse SAP for data entry, reports and queries.



/liliLiaise with site management, design teams and client representatives. /liliMaintain up-to-date organisation charts and support project time administration when required. /liliExperience as a Senior Document Controller, Document Controller, Project Administrator or similar construction administration role. /liliExperience with online digital platforms such as ACC and BIM 360. /liliMinimum two years’ relevant experience. /liliStrong administration experience with the ability to manage site paperwork. /liliPC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. /liliStrong attention to detail and pride in the quality and presentation of work. /liliAbility to multitask, work under pressure and communicate effectively with project teams. /liliExperience within construction, engineering, data centre or major EPC environments. /liliSAP experience would be advantageous, although training can be provided. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
