Overview

In this role you will oversee construction site operations, coordinating teams, equipment, and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. You will report to the Project Manager and drive progress updates, quality, and compliance while coordinating with technical staff. The position offers exposure to large-scale civil works within an international, growth‑oriented environment. You will help shape project delivery and safety culture on site.

Responsabilità

- Manage site operations across teams, equipment, plants, and procurement
- Monitor schedule, execution and budget progress
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery
- Oversee subcontractors and suppliers




- Provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager
- Organize periodic update meetings with the team and technical staff
- Prepare progress and budget reports for the Project Manager

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering
- Knowledge of soil consolidation and foundation works
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations
- Geotechnical skills
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Budget management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and team/supplier management
