pCOOLTECH srl, a company specialized in the production of components and systems for liquid cooling of electrical and electronic devices, is looking for a QUALITY TECHNOLOGY ENGINEER /p pMission:br/Enhance the company’s technological competence, with a specific focus on welding processes (Vacuum brazing, Friction Stir Welding and TIG), and support the TQM (Total Quality Manager) in ensuring the compliance of the Quality Management System (QMS) with certification standards and market requirements. Drive continuous improvement by managing corrective, preventive, and improvement actions. /p pThe resource reports to the Technical Manager of the LCP BU. /p ul liTechnical definition and support in drafting QMS procedures (QLP, IOQ) and managing QMS records. /li liAnalysis of QMS data. /li liManagement of customer Non-Conformances (NC) and related communications. /li liSupervision of containment actions and closure of dispositions regarding customer NCs. /li liSupervision of internal NCs and support to the SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer) for supplier-side NCs (analysis, internal reporting, etc.). /li liProposal of corrective actions, management of related documentation, and follow-up. /li liSubmission of concession/deviation requests to customers. /li liSupport to the TQM in managing customers and inspectors during audits. /li liExecution of internal audits according to the scheduled program. /li liSupport to TQM/PRC in defining supplier qualification plans, specifically focusing on technological and quality aspects. /li liDefinition of inspection strategies and frequencies within LCP, in coordination with Technical Department / Metrology room.



/li liWelding certification management and supplier incoming inspection /li /ul pResponsibilities –BU ATS/LCP: /p ul liManagerial and operational ownership of the COOLTECH metallographic analysis laboratory, currently focusing on VB (Vacuum Brazing) and FSW (Friction Stir Welding), as well as potential future developments. /li liOwnership of creating and maintaining the technical bibliography (theoretical guidelines and applicability: design for production) regarding CT’s internal welding technologies and outsourced ones (TIG, MIG welding). /li liOwnership, in concert with UT (Technical Department) and PRD (Production), for the application and continuous improvement (efficiency and effectiveness) of FSW and VB technologies within the LCP business unit. /li liActive participation in the NPI (New Product Introduction) team for the relevant areas of competence. /li liActive participation in cross-functional teams engaged in general/system-level improvement actions, supporting the TQM. /li liDevelopment of welding technologies beyond current company know-how, including their qualification processes, when required, also at third-party contractors. /li liConsulting on quality testing for components and materials to be performed internally and/or at external/internal laboratories.



/li /ul pRequirements Qualifications /p ul liBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in technical field (Mechanical Engineering / Materials Engineering). /li li5 to 15 years of experience in similar role, within manufacturing companies and/or multinational contexts. /li liExperience in managing technological metal transformation processes, including welding, surface treatments, heat treatments, as well as contamination and corrosion issues; /li liExperience in selecting, implementing, and analyzing destructive and non-destructive testing methodologies within the aforementioned fields; /li liProven organizational experience and strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards. /li liKnowledge of industrial organizational systems (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.). /li liGood working knowledge of English. /li /ul pWhat We Offer /p ul liEmployment Contract: Contract type to be defined based on the candidate’s experience, in accordance with the Italian National Collective Labor Agreement for the Engineering Industry (CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria, 13 monthly salaries). /li liClassification Salary: Job grading and salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and overall profile fit relative to the required activities and skills.
