pThe Senior Coordinator Inland Delivery Team will manage truck and rail transport operations for Hapag-Lloyd Italy, preparing transport orders, tracking deliveries, and handling exceptions. You will act as the central liaison among customers, carriers, terminals, customs, ports and internal stakeholders to guarantee smooth cargo movement and accurate cost handling. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliArrange and schedule inland transport by truck and rail for import and export shipments /liliPrepare and release transport orders in the system, ensuring data accuracy /liliMonitor shipment progress, identify delays or exceptions, and initiate corrective actions /liliCoordinate with customers, carriers, terminals, customs, and ports to resolve operational issues /liliTrack carrier performance, equipment availability, and transport constraints to support optimization /liliIdentify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements /liliInvestigate and resolve discrepancies in shipment documentation and invoicing /liliMaintain compliance with customer requirements, vendor agreements, and service standards /liliSupport accurate calculation, allocation,



and invoicing of inland transport costs /liliCollaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with broader logistics strategies /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli5-6 years of experience in an operational role, preferably inland transportation /liliStrong interest in international trade and logistics /liliExcellent written and spoken Spanish /liliProficiency with Microsoft Office applications /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills /liliExcellent organizational and time-management abilities /liliEffective problem-solving and analytical skills /liliAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment /liliDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance /li /ulpbSalary and pay transparency /b /ppIn accordance with the principles of pay transparency and equal opportunities, the indicative salary range for this position is between €32,000 and €40,000 gross annual salary.
