Our partner is looking for an E-Learning Instructional Designer based in Italy. /b /p pThis is an opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented instructional designer to transform complex information into engaging, effective digital learning experiences. In this fully remote, six-month contract role, you’ll collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop interactive learning content for an Australian organization. You’ll combine instructional design, multimedia development, and learning technology to create resources that are accessible, visually appealing, and aligned with learning objectives. From storyboarding and content development to LMS implementation and quality assurance, you’ll contribute throughout the learning development lifecycle. You’ll also have the opportunity to improve existing programs, explore emerging learning technologies, and recommend innovative approaches. Join a collaborative, people-focused environment where your creativity and expertise can make a meaningful impact on how people learn. /p br/ h3Accountabilities /h3 ul lipDevelop interactive digital and multimedia learning materials using Articulate authoring tools. /p /li lipCollaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex information into clear, engaging, and effective online learning experiences. /p /li lipCreate storyboards, instructional copy, and audio and video scripts to support learning objectives. /p /li lipDevelop, organize, and manage learning content for Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM-compliant environments. /p /li lipConduct usability testing and quality assurance to ensure learning resources function reliably and deliver a positive learner experience.



/p /li lipEnsure learning materials comply with applicable standards, visual guidelines, copyright requirements, and intellectual property regulations. /p /li lipDevelop supporting resources and training to facilitate effective e-learning delivery. /p /li lipSupport the design, development, implementation, and handover of e-learning projects. /p /li lipWork closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. /p /li lipReview existing learning programs and recommend improvements to instructional methods, content, processes, and delivery. /p /li lipStay informed about instructional design practices and learning technology trends, identifying opportunities to improve learning outcomes. /p /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul lipAt least two years of relevant experience in instructional design, education, or training, and/or relevant tertiary qualifications in e-learning technology or instructional design. /p /li lipHands-on experience developing interactive multimedia learning content using Articulate. /p /li lipPractical experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) and a strong understanding of SCORM. /p /li lipStrong visual design, storyboarding, and instructional content development skills. /p /li lipExperience writing instructional copy and audio and video scripts.
