Overview

In this role, you will bridge naval strategy with advanced analytics to support defense missions. You design repeatable assessment frameworks, apply AI-enabled data pipelines, and use modeling, simulation, and wargaming to evaluate fleet operations and campaigns. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership in a fast-paced headquarters environment to translate complex data into strategic insights. This position offers the chance to impact defense planning and mission outcomes through rigorous analysis and cross-functional teamwork. You will be at the forefront of data-driven defense assessment, shaping investments and operational concepts.

Responsabilità

- Design repeatable assessment frameworks for operational evaluation
- Leverage AI-enabled data pipelines and agentic AI to solve complex problems
- Apply modeling, simulation, and wargaming to test concepts and scenarios
- Evaluate fleet operations, campaigns, and strategic investments
- Translate operational data into actionable strategic insights for leadership




- Brief executive-level leadership and deliver high-quality reports and analyses
- Support Joint Defense and defense mission planning initiatives
- Collaborate with Service Component Headquarters and cross-functional teams

Requisiti fondamentali

- Experience with strategic and operational-level military operations, campaign planning, and naval doctrine
- Experience developing MOPs, MOEs, and objective measurements aligned to strategic objectives
- Experience creating, capturing, organizing, and assessing data for enterprise use
- Experience using AI platforms or dashboards and manipulating agentic AI
- Experience modeling and simulation or wargaming to test concepts
- Experience as an operations leader within a Service Component Headquarters and briefing leadership
- Knowledge of naval operations, terminology, and force constructs
- Ability to translate data into analytical insights
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
