Job Summary And Scope
To support the HR department,



we are looking for an HR Generalist to join our organisation on a maternity cover basis.
The successful candidate will play a cross-functional role and will support the Head of HR in the main operational activities relating to the HR department.
ACTIVITIES
Recruiting and selection: from publishing job adverts to managing CV screening, organising interviews and liaising with candidates;
Support recruitment management and onboarding process;
Support payroll activities: updating timesheets, monthly closings, checking monthly variables and connect with the payroll firm for payslip processing;
Support Head of HR to ensure the correct collection and verification of information required for monthly closings;
Updating HR software datas (entering personal details, amending existing employment contracts, recording terminations, etc.);
