As a Technical Application Specialist within the Diagnostics division, you will support laboratories across Southern Poland (Lower Silesian, Opole, Silesian and Lesser Poland Voivodeships). Your mission is to help clinical laboratories implement,
optimize and use Grifols diagnostic solutions, acting as a trusted scientific partner for laboratory professionals.
Scientific & application support — You will provide expert guidance on Grifols diagnostic instruments, assays and workflows.
Customer training — You will deliver training during instrument implementation and throughout the customer lifecycle.
Workflow optimization — You will support laboratories in improving testing processes and operational efficiency.
Troubleshooting — You will resolve application‐related issues both remotely and on‐site.
Relationship building — You will develop strong partnerships with laboratory managers, medical laboratory scientists and healthcare professionals.
Cross‐functional collaboration — You will work closely with Sales, Service, Technical Support and Quality teams.
Product launches & method implementation — You will participate in new product introductions and continu
