pJoin an international team providing badministrative and operational support /b across Legal, Intellectual Property, Corporate Affairs and Compliance, ensuring efficient management of documentation, budgets and corporate processes. /ph3Key responsibilities: /h3ulliManage binvoices, Purchase Orders, SAP processes and departmental budgets/forecasts /b. /liliMaintain blegal, IP and corporate documentation, repositories and records /b. /liliSupport bpatent, trademark and design management /b, including IP-related processes and incentive activities. /liliCoordinate document execution activities, including signature collection and document shipments. /liliProvide administrative support for bmeetings, travel, document execution and departmental activities /b. /liliCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders across bseveral geographies. /b /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulliHigh School Diploma required; degree in bLaw, Legal Studies, Business Administration, Economics, Political Science /b or related fields is a plus. /liliPrevious experience bas Paralegal in law, accounting or notary firms, Legal Assistant or similar administrative roles /b is preferred. /liliItalian; FluentbEnglish /b; additional languages are a plus. /liliGood knowledge of bMicrosoft Office, particularly Excel,
