A small, senior team focused on shipping product and winning markets. /ph3About the role /h3pWe are looking for a Senior Project Delivery Manager with relevant tech skills to own the enterprise customer journey from the first solution presentation to go-live and beyond. Working alongside our COO in the pre-sales phase, you will help shape and present solutions to prospects. Once the deal is signed, you will lead delivery, coordinating internal product and engineering teams as well as external partners, and act as the customer's direct point of contact. /ph3What you will do /h3ulliSupport the COO in discovery calls, solution presentations and demos for enterprise prospects. /liliTranslate customer requirements into a clear solution design, distinguishing standard configuration from dedicated development. /liliContribute to proposals: scope definition, implementation plans, timelines and effort estimates. /liliEnsure that what is promised in the sales phase is realistically deliverable. /li /ulh3Delivery /h3ulliLead enterprise projects end-to-end: kickoff, planning, milestones, risk management, go-live and handover to support.



/liliAct as the direct point of contact for customers and their system integrators, managing expectations, escalations and progress reporting. /liliCoordinate internal teams (product, engineering, support) and external technology partners involved in delivery. /liliManage change requests in line with the contract, working with Sales on their commercial evaluation. /liliBring structured feedback from projects to the Product team, helping the platform evolve without fragmenting it. /liliHelp define A-Cube's enterprise delivery methodology, templates and processes. /li /ulh3Discovery /h3ulliWork closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams to turn local technical specifications and legal requirements into actionable requirements, delivery plans, and realistic milestones. /liliRun discovery activities such as customer interviews, pilot projects, and proof-of-concept deliveries with prospects and partners to confirm demand before full-scale investment. /liliCoordinate cross-functional teams from initial discovery through early customer onboarding, keeping scope, timelines, and risks under control. /li /ulh3You are: /h3ulli5+ years of experience in project management, delivery or solution' architecture roles on B2B software projects,



ideally in SaaS or product companies. /liliComfortable with multiple projects at the same time /liliAbility to deal with uncertainty in a fast-growing scale-up /liliHands-on experience supporting pre-sales: solution presentations, demos, scoping and proposal writing. /liliDirect experience managing enterprise customers and contracts with SLAs, milestones and change management. /liliSolid technical understanding of API integrations and ERP projects (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, SAP). /liliAbility to lead teams without direct reporting lines, including vendors and external partners. /liliClear, confident communication: you can present a solution persuasively and say no constructively to protect project scope. /liliFluent English and Italian. /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliExperience in e-invoicing, tax compliance or tax technology. /liliExperience with multi-country or multi-entity projects. /liliPrevious experience in a consulting company or a rapid growing startup /liliPMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification, or experience with hybrid agile/waterfall methodologies. /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliA compensation package built to attract senior talent. /liliCompetitive base + MBO, calibrated for top performers. /liliThe opportunity to launch a new business line together with the COO /liliDirect access.
