By joining tapouts, you are not just taking on a job but using your talents for a deeply rewarding cause. /p h3About the role /h3 pWe seek energetic, experienced bSocial-Emotional Learning /b(SEL) coaches to lead and facilitate live online group sessions for youth. As a tapouts SEL Coach, you'll create a fun, engaging, and emotionally safe virtual environment where kids build confidence, self-regulation, and connection with their peers. /p pAs a tapouts SEL Coach, you will: /p ul liLead live online SEL group sessions for youth ages 4-16 years /li liDeliver structured social-emotional learning activities and games that build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills /li liBuild positive relationships with participants and foster an inclusive, emotionally safe group space /li liManage group dynamics and respond calmly to behavioral or emotional disruptions during live sessions /li liMonitor and assess individual and group progress /li /ul ul liBachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field (Mandatory),



Master's degree is preferred /li liAt least 2 years of experience leading live group sessions with children in a virtual or online setting /li liAt least 5 years of experience designing or leading structured group sessions or programs for children /li liSEL, coaching, or mental-health-specific certification is strongly preferred (e.g., ICF, IPEC, PPS Credential, CASEL, Mental Health First Aid) /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /li liComfortable using Zoom and Google Suite as day-to-day coaching tools /li liAvailability for a minimum of 10 hours per week to provide coaching within tapouts peak hours (1-8 pm PT) during weekdays and weekends (6am-8pm PT).
