pul liDynamic international organization /li liKey role in shaping the people strategy /li /ul h3Azienda /h3 pAn international organisation operating in the Hospitality industry. /p h3Offerta /h3 ul liDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. /li liOversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent. /li liManage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. /li liDesign and implement performance management systems to drive employee development. /li liSupervise and provide guidance to the HR team to ensure efficient operations. /li liEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory HR requirements. /li liDevelop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organisation. /li liPromote a positive and productive workplace environment. /li /ul h3Competenze ed esperienza /h3 pA successful HR Director should have: /p ul liEducational qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
