pAxpo Servizi Produzione Italia is looking for a Costruction Manager for projects in Italy. The Construction Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of biomethane plant construction projects within the Country. The role oversees simultaneous project execution, ensuring all plants are delivered on time, within budget, and to required technical, safety, and environmental standards. The position combines strategic oversight, portfolio management, and hands‑on leadership of multiple project teams, including EPC contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul lipLead multiple biomethane plants construction concurrently /p /li lipManage EPC contractors and contracts /p /li lipEnsure projects meet budgets, timelines, and specs /p /li lipOversee HSE compliance /p /li lipCoordinate stakeholders and regulators /p /li lipLead construction teams and reporting /p /li lipSupport commissioning and handover to operations /p /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul lipEngineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil or related) /p /li lip10–15+ years in industrial construction /p /li lipstrong biomethane/biogas or energy project background /p /li lipMulti-project leadership, EPC contract management, knowledge of biomethane processes,



cost control and planning, stakeholder management /p /li lipFluent in English and Italian /p /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liCCNL: Aziende del Terziario, distribuzione e servizi (Aziende del commercio). /li liRAL compresa tra 50.000 euro e 65.000 euro - In base agli elementi curriculari che emergeranno durante la fase selettiva, sempre sulla base di criteri oggettivi e neutri rispetto al genere, verrà individuata la retribuzione specifica da offrire al candidato. /li /ul pLe candidature non in linea con i criteri di ricerca non saranno prese in considerazione.
