Ensure maintenance records are accurate and up to date. /p /li lipTrain maintenance staff to achieve cross functional expertise in machines, auxiliary equipment and automation. /p /li lipDevelop Standard work, help maintenance manager in continuous improvement of efficiency of the department. /p /li lipPerform root cause analysis for unplanned downtime and institute resolutions to mitigate recurrence /p /li /ul pAdditional Responsibilities /p ul lipCreate, develop and update technical specifications for the equipment together with engineering team /p /li lipProvide detailed technical reports about equipment status /p /li lipActively participate in HSE initiatives and promote electrical and mechanical safety. /p /li lipEnsure tools, parts and work instructions are available for predicted and preventive repairs. /p /li lipFollow Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Lean standards /p /li /ul pInteractions: All functional areas of Production /p h3Qualifications: /h3 pWork Experience and Education /p ul lipProven track record of 5+ years in a maintenance or technical related role /p /li lipExperience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM and Continuous Improvement culture /p /li lipKnowledge of electric, hydraulic, pneumatic,



mechanical and automation /p /li /ul pSpecific knowledge /p ul lipSome experience in manufacturing is preferred /p /li lipBasic math skills and good use of logic /p /li lipExcellent hand-eye coordination along with ability to work quickly and accuracy for performing repetitive tasks /p /li /ul pSpecific competencies /p ul lipMotivated individuals who want to work and will show up to their scheduled shifts on time and excited and ready to work /p /li lipHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail /p /li lipPriorities setting capabilities, time management and flexibility /p /li lipPLC programming, Trouble shooting and learning /p /li /ul pThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
