pbWorking at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! /b /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 pKey Responsibilities /p ul lipKnowledge of production KPIs and the ability to communicate the KPIs to production staff. /p /li lipAble to interact well with all levels of the organization. /p /li lipEvaluate and provide timely feedback on employee performance. /p /li lipMotivate and develop a cohesive production team. /p /li lipCommunicate and enforce company policies for safety, quality, and the environment. /p /li /ul pAdditional Responsibilities /p ul lipMaintain production and attendance records /p /li lipAbility to achieve goals and drive results. /p /li lipShift Supervision coverage for other departments on same schedule. /p /li lipAbility to make timely decisions to maintain production output and be able to quickly analyze situations and provide direction to production staff. /p /li lipRecommend and implement process improvements to maximize productivity, reduce waste, improve quality, reduce costs and provide a safe work environment. /p /li /ul pOrganization /p ul lipReports to: Plant/ Production Manager /p /li lipDirect Reports: Shift Leads, Direct Production Staff /p /li /ul pInteractions /p ul lipQuality /p /li lipHSE /p /li lipEngineering /p /li lipWarehouse /p /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 pWork Experience and Education /p ul lipBachelor’s Degree in an engineering or technical discipline,



minimum /p /li lip5+ years of production experience /p /li /ul pSpecific knowledge /p ul lipExcellent communication skills with very strong interpersonal abilities. /p /li lipStrong leadership skills. /p /li lipSAP experience preferred. /p /li lipLean Manufacturing (or similar process) skills required with proven ability to lead and drive this type of program in a manufacturing environment. /p /li lipStrong ability to coach employee’s and manage employee conflicts.
