Overview
In this role you drive strategic growth for a portfolio of Public Sector customers in Central and Southern Italy, focusing on Rome. You’ll build executive relationships and develop long-term account plans to win complex deals across NetApp’s data infrastructure portfolio. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable customer outcomes, while pursuing modernization, cybersecurity, hybrid cloud, and AI data initiatives. This is an opportunity to shape public sector modernization at scale and partner with customers to accelerate digital transformation.

Responsabilità
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key Public Sector organizations
- Build trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, CTOs and senior stakeholders
- Generatе and manage a healthy pipeline across infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, hybrid cloud, AI and data management
- Lead complex sales cycles from identification to closure with accurate forecasting
- Coordinate internal/external resources to maximize customer success and win rates
- Collaborate with System Engineers, Services,
Partners and Global Account resources
- Leverage ecosystem alliances including hyperscalers to create differentiated value
- Monitor market trends, procurement programs and funding relevant to Public Sector
- Achieve and exceed revenue and business objectives
Requisiti fondamentali
- Extensive experience in enterprise technology sales
- Proven success managing large and complex Public Sector accounts
- Strong understanding of the Italian Public Administration ecosystem and procurement processes
- Established network across government agencies, healthcare, local authorities, utilities, research institutions or public entities
- Proven ability to engage senior decision makers and influence strategic initiatives
- Experience selling infrastructure, cloud, data management, cybersecurity or AI-related solutions
- Strong commercial, negotiation and executive communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization
