At Saipem, we embrace diversity as a driver of innovation and inclusion, while prioritizing people’s safety and environmental sustainability, even in the most challenging conditions. /p pbPurpose of the position: /bAs As bSenior Project Contract Manager /b, you will report to the bHead of Contract Management /b and be part of the bCommercial Contract Management Function /b. /p pIn this role, you will provide strategic contractual leadership on major international opportunities and projects, supporting senior management in commercial decision-making and ensuring the effective management of contractual and commercial risks throughout the tendering and project execution phases. /p h3How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities: /h3 ul liDefine and implement contractual strategies for major tenders, projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management principles. /li liLead complex contractual and commercial negotiations with Clients, Joint Venture and Consortium Partners, and key Suppliers during both bidding and execution phases. /li liAdvise senior management on significant contractual matters, commercial opportunities and risk mitigation strategies. /li liSupport claims management, dispute resolution activities and strategic contractual decisions during project execution,



safeguarding company interests. /li liPromote contractual best practices across the organization, mentoring Contract Management personnel and contributing to the development of contractual competencies. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 h3Education: /h3 pMaster's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or equivalent disciplines. /p h3Experience: /h3 pAt least 10 years of experience in Contract Management, gained within engineering, construction, energy, infrastructure or comparable international project environments. /p h3Languages: /h3 ul liFluent in French /li /ul h3Technical/IT Skills: /h3 ul liAdvanced knowledge of contract management principles and international contracting practices. /li liStrong expertise in contractual risk assessment and mitigation. /li liProven experience in claims management and dispute resolution. /li liSolid understanding of commercial management processes in complex international projects. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office applications. /li /ul h3What else should you know? /h3 pYou may have the opportunity to travel internationally according to business and project requirements. /p h3What can we offer to you: /h3 ul libFor home office contract /b: Pay not lower than 56.000 € /li libCorporate Benefits /b: We offer a comprehensive benefits package,
