Here, you’ll build something that lasts: ba trusted platform, a strong reputation, a new standard for the legal world. /b /p h3The Role /h3 pYou will join the bFinance team /b as bAdmin Finance Specialist /b to keep the financial and administrative engine of bLexroom /brunning accurately and on time, from the binvoices /bwe issue to the contracts we close with law firms, enterprises and public administration. /p h3Your key responsibilities /h3 ul lipbIssue and manage customer invoices /b for bLexroom /bcontracts, keeping client data and bbilling /bdetails accurate. /p /li lipbPrepare the monthly supplier payments /b: collect invoices from each team, build the payment batch,



verify it and release it. /p /li lipbRegister Lexroom on client supplier portals /band on public procurement platforms, so that new contracts can be closed without delays. /p /li lipPrepare and keep up to date the bcompliance documents and declarations /brequired by enterprise and public administration clients. /p /li lipbRecord accounting entries /b, handleb international payments /b and reconcile accounts, so the books are always accurate and up to date. /p /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul lipA degree in economics, management engineering, or law with a business orientation (or a similar field). /p /li lip0–2 years of experience; internships and entry‑level roles. /p /li lipbPrecision and rigor in repetitive /b, bdetail work /b: invoices, registries, payments and documentation. /p /li lipInterest in building solid skills in badministration /b, baccounting and finance operations. /b /p /li lipbLanguages: /bfluent Italian (most of the work is in Italian) and good working English (international payments and counterparties).
