As a Customer Success Architect, you enable value realization for Cisco Isovalent’s customers using Cilium Enterprise. You design and guide production rollouts, build deep technical relationships with stakeholders, and run workshops to demonstrate capabilities and tradeoffs. You collaborate with engineering, support, and partners to unblock issues and create training materials, reference architectures, and documentation. You stay passionate about OSS, Kubernetes, and cloud providers to deliver enterprise-grade, scalable networking and observability solutions.Engage with assigned accounts to accelerate value realization and guide production rolloutsBuild trusted technical relationships with customer stakeholdersConduct customer workshops on product capabilitiesCollaborate with engineering, support, and partners to unblock issuesCreate workshops, training material, reference architectures,



and documentation to add valueTranslate customer domain knowledge to improve production reliability and scope of solutionsMaintain continuous expertise in OSS, Kubernetes, and cloud providers to design enterprise-grade solutions4+ years in advanced Kubernetes architectural components and their interrelations3+ years leading or playing a critical role in helping customers adopt Kubernetes and cloud-native tech at scale in productionProven xysqume experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Demonstrated networking knowledge with in-depth Kubernetes networking understandingCollaborative and cross-functional teamworkProblem solving and coaching mindsetClear technical communication and ability to distill concepts for customersOpen Source Software (OSS) experienceCloud provider experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)#J-18808-Ljbffr
