h3Company / Careers / bAI Engineer(Padova – Italy) /b /h3 pWe are looking for a highly motivated AI Engineer to join our development team at ComplyPlatform.com . /p pThe selected candidate will design, develop and integrate advanced solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, working closely with software architects, DevOps engineers and data experts to scale and optimize complex architectures based on microservices and cloud infrastructures. /p h3bCore Requirements /b /h3 ul libEducation /b: Master’s degree in ICT subjects. /li libExperience /b: At least b2+ years /b of work experience in advanced software development roles, development and release of LLM-based AI agents (orchestration, state management, evaluation, RAG, wiki), implementation of architectures integrating LLM/RAG/Agentic AI. /li libWorking methodology /b: Used to working by objectives and well-established familiarity with the Scrum methodology (“Sprint”) and Agile and Lean principles. /li libSoft Skills /b: Effective communication skills, proactive attitude and a propensity for working in multidisciplinary international teams, as well as the ability to organize one’s own work and to synthesize.
