pbThe Palace Company Europe /b is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented bQuality Specialist /b to join our Corporate Quality team in Milan, for the European and Maldives Regions. /p /brpThis role supports the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s quality standards and procedures across our hotel portfolio. Reporting directly to the Quality Performance Training Director, and functionally aligned with the Global Corporate Quality team, the Specialist will work on both operational audits and data-driven analysis, ensuring excellence in guest experience and compliance with luxury hospitality standards. /p /brh3Main Responsibilities: /h3 /brul /brliSupport the implementation of the company’s Quality Management System across hotels in Europe and Maldives; /li /brliConduct regular audits, quality visits, and operational walkthroughs to monitor compliance with internal standards and brand guidelines, with frequent travels across Italy and Europe; /li /brliAnalyze guest feedback (e.g., ReviewPro, Internal surveys) and other performance indicators to detect trends and improvement opportunities; /li /brliAssist in the rollout of new quality initiatives, SOPs,



and training related to brand standards, service excellence, and operational consistency; /li /brliCollaborating in the development, delivery and evaluation of Quality Training Programs. /li /br /ul /brh3Requirements: /h3 /brul /brliMinimum 2 years of experience in hospitality within luxury segment: hospitality (corporate or multi-property roles preferred), retail; /li /brliFluency in English (written and spoken) – Spanish or another language is a strong plus; /li /brliStrong Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis), PowerPoint, and other reporting tools; /li /brliStrong willingness to travel within Europe, Maldives, Messico. /li /br /ul /brh3What we offer: /h3 /brul /brliFull-time contract (3° liv CCNL Turismo); /li /brliSalary Range: €29,000 – €33,000 depending on experience and qualifications. /li /br /ul /brpLocation: Milan /p /brpThe job offer refers to both gender in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 903/77 and Legislative Decree 125/91 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
