About Us
Power and Compute Company (PCC) is a mission-driven startup operating at the intersection of Energy and AI-enabling infrastructure. Our thesis is predicated on the necessity to responsibly scale energy-efficient, sovereign, and distributed small-size AI factories in meshed clusters. We harvest energy that would otherwise be curtailed, and we enable scalable, socially responsible AI growth—without the social acceptability challenges of hyperscale datacenters. We bring to market a concept that is modular and economical, delivering the most advanced computing

As owner across the product family you will also seek opportunities for cross-product optimization and standardization. This is a deeply technical role where you will own designs end-to-end, from first concept through prototype build, testing, validation, and production readiness. You will work across LV and MV power systems, collaborate closely with the mechanical and thermal engineering teams, and be a key technical voice in shaping how our infrastructure is powered.
