Key Responsibilities
- Deliver elite customer service to Singapore Airlines passengers, upholding the airline’s reputation for premium service.
- Manage flight bookings, re-routings, and complex itinerary changes with high attention to detail.
- Provide expert guidance on travel documentation, baggage policies, and aviation regulatory requirements.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries through telephone, email, and chat, ensuring premium satisfaction.
- Coordinate with international flight operations teams to manage passenger requests effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of airline loyalty programs and premium membership benefits.
- Represent the aviation industry with professionalism and cultural sensitivity in every interaction.
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for the aviation and travel industry.
- Professional demeanor with a high level of problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Athens, Greece, as part of our dynamic, international office team.
