In this role you will spearhead Gucci's global influencer strategy, shaping collaborations with top digital talents to enhance brand desirability and cultural relevance. - Define and lead Gucci's global influencer and creator engagement strategy
- Build a world-class network of influencers, creators, cultural talents and opinion leaders
- Identify emerging voices, trends and communities shaping fashion, culture and digital engagement
- Drive high-impact influencer partnerships to boost brand desirability, relevance and visibility
- Lead organic and paid partnerships, including negotiations and deliverables
- Integrate creators into key brand moments, campaigns, launches and cultural initiatives
- Develop innovative creator collaborations and social-first storytelling
- Integrate creator content into Gucci's editorial calendar and amplify across channels
- Partner with Brand Image, Social, Entertainment, PR, Marketing and regional teams
