Overview
In this role you drive localized go-to-market (GTM) execution across seasonal milestones and assortment recommendations for the Zone. You act as the Category expert for your Zone, aligning with EU and Global inputs to improve the range and address local needs. You collaborate with Activation, Sales, and Brand teams to ensure end-to-end GTM excellence, while continuously analyzing sell-in and sell-through to sustain category growth. You shape zone-level category strategies and enable cross-functional opportunities.

Responsabilità
- Contribute to Zone GTM plan creation aligned with line management
- Serve as the Zone category expert with deep knowledge of trends, competition, distribution, marketplace, and Circana market share
- Download and prepare EU & Global BU materials for milestones
- Provide input on forecasting topics (data, segmentation, allocation)




- Maintain analytics on sell-in and sell-through for sustainable growth
- Ensure operational excellence for GTM topics in the Zone
- Explore and drive business opportunities with local sales teams
- Be primary contact for local sales on range topics and concepts
- Coordinate with Brand activation on Category GTM processes
- Act as Zone lead expert for EU business opportunities
- Manage sample order process in line with EU and MOPS targets
- Support local allocation split where not defined by EU
- Assist Brand teams with promo ranges in alignment with EU BU
- Input into SMU for local key accounts and WHS with EU/Global coordination
- Prepare local sell-in tools to ensure EU consistency and support sales
- Develop strong category presentations across milestones, focusing on SMM

Requisiti fondamentali
- 5-8 years merchandising, cross-functional marketing or sales experience
- Ideally at least 2 years of man
