As a Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be a vital member of their Growth team and responsible for building strong relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors across Europe, particularly within Italian-speaking markets. What will you do
Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors in the health, wellness, beauty, and longevity niches (managing Italian affiliates from GOAFFPRO).
Develop and coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from outreach to contract negotiation,



content briefing, and reporting.
Monitor influencer content to ensure quality and brand compliance.
Analyze and report on influencer campaign performance, providing insights and optimization suggestions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging talents, and new platforms.
Support cross-functional initiatives across paid social, partnerships, and community-building efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a science-related field (preferred: biology, nutrition, health sciences).
0-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or social media (including internships).
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); French is an advantage.
Demonstrated organizational and project management abilities.
Creativity, proactivity, and self-motivation.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
