Core Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Manage incoming inquiries from Italian clients via phone, email,



and live digital chat using a warm, professional, empathetic, and solution-driven communication style.
• Issue Diagnostics: Analyze customer difficulties to identify root causes methodically and deliver fast, customized resolutions tailored to each individual situation.
• Documentation: Accurately log profile details, customer inquiries, action steps, and resolution notes inside enterprise CRM databases with absolute precision.
• Target Management: Consistently hit key operational targets, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Average Handle Time (AHT) metrics.
• Ongoing Learning: Participate actively in ongoing training and coaching sessions to remain fully updated on product modifications, company policies, and service workflows.
