We are seeking an innovative Operational Assessment and Data Analytics Specialist to bridge the gap between naval strategy and advanced analytical methodologies. In this role, you will design repeatable assessment frameworks, leverage cutting-edge agentic AI and data pipelines, and apply modeling, simulation, and wargaming techniques to evaluate fleet operations, military campaigns, and strategic investments. You will work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced Service Component Headquarters environment, translating complex operational data into actionable strategic insights. You'll guide the work we do for Joint Defense and the solutions we deliver for military missions and defense mission planning.

You Have: Experience with strategic and operational-level military operations, activities, and investments (OAIs), military campaign planning, fleet operations plans and orders, joint and naval doctrine, and headquarters staff functionsExperience developing campaign assessments, Measures of Performance (MOPs), Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs), and objective measurement systems that align operations to strategic objectivesExperience creating, capturing, organizing, and assessing data for enterprise use Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms or dashboards and manipulating agentic AI to solve complex operational problemsExperience in modeling and simulation or wargaming to test operational concepts and explore scenariosExperience as an operations leader within a Service Component Headquarters and briefing executive-level leadership and produce high-quality independent or team deliver
