If you are results-driven, commercially minded, and thrive on developing strategic relationships with clients from around the world, we would love to meet you CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and ExperienceRequired: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
Preferred:
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management.



Lodging sales experience.
Account management experience.
Marriott sales systems experienceCORE WORK ACTIVITIESManaging Sales ActivitiesIdentifying, developing, and managing business opportunities for group accommodation, meetings, incentives, conferences, and special events.
Developing and implementing sales strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and market share within the group segment.
Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through negotiation, contract signing, and post-sale follow-up. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, event planners, travel agencies, destination management companies, and key accounts.
Preparing customized proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to each client's specific requirements.
Conducting site inspections, hotel presentations, and sales appointments to showcase the hotel's facilities and services. Monitori
