Senior Account Manager for Italy & Greece, driving growth for the Prepared Foods segment by developing strategic account plans and managing high-value capital equipment opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering tailored solutions. The role sits at the intersection of sales, solutions, and service in a global food-processing technology leader. You will help customers achieve operational excellence while expanding market share in your region.

Responsabilità
- Execute the commercial strategy for the Prepared Foods segment in Italy and Greece
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with customer objectives and market potential
- Identify, qualify,



and drive complex capital equipment and integrated solution opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Analyze customer operations and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Lead customer engagement and coordinate Resources across Sales, Solutions, Service, Applications, and PM teams
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors, Industry Sales Managers, Distribution Partners, and Sales Operations
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and manage opportunities in CRM
- Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitable business development
- Gather market intelligence and share customer insights and industry developments
- Represent the company at industry events, demonstrations, and trade shows
- Ensure accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and customer reporting

Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experienc
